CV Komodo

Rebuilding a Nationwide Order Path for Kiddie Ride Vehicles

A digital recovery for a workshop stalled after Covid, marketplace friction, and a failed website project.

SHORT ANSWER

CV Komodo had stalled after Covid, faced increasing friction on OLX, and had paid for a website that was never completed. The next approach rebuilt trust and lead flow through a working website and Google Business Profile. The business went on to receive orders from across Indonesia.

Starting context

CV Komodo assembles mobile kiddie rides. After Covid, sales stalled and its previous selling channel became harder to rely on.

A failed website project had also damaged trust in digital work, so the next solution needed to prove usefulness step by step.

What I did

  1. 01

Built the website as a business-owned information and trust asset.

  2. 02

Created a clearer path from discovery to inquiry.

  3. 03

Used Google Business Profile to strengthen discovery and validation.

  4. 04

Focused the channel mix on conversations and orders, not pageviews alone.

What changed

The website and Google Business Profile became a new funnel that supported orders from multiple regions of Indonesia.

The business moved from dependency on one marketplace toward channels it could control more directly.

Evidence limits

  • Lead count, conversion rate, orders, revenue, and measurement period are not available.
  • The contribution of each channel cannot yet be separated.
